This is a story about a boy named Linguini, and his mate Remy. Linguini is human, but Remy is rat.
Remy lived in a small house in Paris suburbs with his father and his companions. His family was very poor. They were looking for food every day. He hates this life. He has a talent. He had a superb sense of smell and the sense of taste. He was doing the checking of the meal of his family. His other friends also trusts him. All his family believed in him.
Remy can cook well. He always walks on his back legs, because he doesn't want to dirty his front feet when he cooked. He can understand human's word, he can read a cooking book, but he can't talk with the human.
One day they were found by the woman who owned the house. And, they escaped in the rain. Only he has parted with his family. He was left in Paris. And, he meets Linguini in a restaurant that he entered to look for food. The restaurant was the five star restaurant in Paris called Gusteau. Gusteau was a famous cook. The name of the restaurant is his name. It is the haute restaurant.
Linguini is an apprenticeship chef in the restaurant. He can't cook. But, his father is Gusteau. Everybody doesn’t know that. One day, he spilt the soup of the restaurant. Remy started quietly cooking. The waiter served the guest this dish. Linguini was surprised. His dish was said by the guest that it was delicious. It is such a weird thing. It was Remy that actually made the soup. Lemy became a cook by cooperating with Linguini. But, it is not necessary to be found by Linguini's colleague because ARemy is a rat. I think this movie is very interesting. Human and rat become friend, it is weird. And, there are much contrasted. But, anyone can cook!! I think any challenge is important.
