W5: my favorite dish

I like a lot of favorite dish. I like noodles with chicken and Welsh onions in soup. This is the local specialties in Miyazaki. I'm from Miyazaki, I like it very much since I was young. My mother cooks this dish well. I was taught how to cook it. But I can't cook like my mother. I want to cook like my mother. I think I need more practice. I try do my best.I like sour food. I like umeboshi very much. It matches to various foods. Dry ume is so good. And, I like lemon, vinegar and orange. I like sumeshi more than rice. Recently, I like sushi. I often go to Sushiichi with my friend. My favorite neta is salmon.
